Exchange & Return Policy

At 028 Lingerie, your shopping experience is our priority. if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you have received a defective item, you have 7 days from the date you received your package to return or exchange it.

Policies:

If you wish to return an item, the following conditions must be met:

  • the item(s) must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed (please do not wear perfume or deodorant when you try on your item(s), as soiled garments will not be eligible for return or exchange).
  • the item(s) must be accompanied by original tags and in original packaging.
  • the item(s) must have been purchased at regular price. sale and/or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • due to hygienic standards, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange: panties, teddies, rompers, any lingerie sets that include panties, and all adhesive products.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Return & Refund Process:

Please go through the policies to make sure the item(s) are eligible for a return.

  • Please contact us to request a return merchandise authorization number (rma #).
  • Once you receive your rma # in email, please pack your return and clearly indicate the rma # on the outside of your package (we believe in environmentally-friendly practices. if possible, please re-use the original packaging you received your order in).
  • Returns are at the expense of the shopper and should be shipped by the service of your choice (the carrier must be able to provide a tracking number and/or insurance). We do not take responsibility for delayed or lost packages. If you do not know which courier service to use, try xoc.co.za
  • Please return your package to 028 lingerie, attention: E-com Returns; 13 Ennisdale Drive, Durban North, KZN, RSA; Tel.: +27-825759474 (remember to clearly indicate your rma # on the outside of your package).
  • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure eligibility. Upon approval, your refund will be processed.
  • Please note refund the process may take 5 to 15 working days from approval to reflect in your account.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Any returned items that do not comply with our policy, may be denied at the discretion of 028 Lingerie.

Exchange Process:

  • Please note a fee of R80 will be levied on all exchange to cover the re-dispatch.

Undelivered and Returned Order:

028 Lingerie reserves the right to charge all shipping fees and up to a 15% restocking fee if your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal at time of delivery.
